Anniversary/Birthday/Special Date T-Shirt/Sweatshirt

The most perfect custom sweatshirt that was ever made. Wear your heart on your sleeve with this custom roman numeral date sweatshirt with your choice of initial(s) and heart on the bottom of either one or both sleeves.

Colors pictured here are Traditional Sweatshirt in sandstone and charcoal grey.

You may add up to 2 dates to be stitched onto the front left chest area. These will be stacked and stitched as you see similarly to the pictures above. You may add up to two initials per sleeve. If you have four initials you'd like to be on the sweatshirt, please indicate which initials need to be stitched on which sleeve. Only TWO initials per sleeve. 

Make sure to select which thread color option you would prefer. You may only select one thread option. 

Many customers add their wedding anniversary, children's birthdays, and or any other special date. 

All sizes are unisex fits, so they are a little roomy. If you like extra room, we would always size up! We would rather your sweatshirt have a little extra room than be snug. 

If you need your item by any particular date please email or message us before you place your order. Our turnaround is around 2 weeks which means we will be shipping your order around 2 weeks from the day you order.
