Refund policy
Returns:
Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless upon delivery the item is found to be damaged or defective. If you do have an issue with an item, please see the "Damages and Issues" section below.
Please also note colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings. No replacements will be given related to dissatisfaction with colors.

Cancellations:
We totally understand if you need to cancel your order, but contact us within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please include full name and order number so we can then proceed to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or defective, please message us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of proof of damage. After 48 hours, no replacements will be given.
If your item is delivered and is damaged or defective, please email us at garciasgoodsandmore@gmail.com to begin the process of returning or exchanging. This must be done within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After receiving your returned damaged item, we will then issue a partial or full store credit (no refunds to your card), once the damaged merchandise is reviewed and approved.
Note: We often use a fabric pen to align and center our embroidery designs. It is removed with water before shipping. Certain temperature changes during transit may cause the marker to show back up and will resemble a tiny purple or blue dot. This is only temporary and can be removed with water. It will be permanently removed with the first wash cycle.
Damages do not include damages that have occurred during shipping/transit. If you feel your item was damaged during transit, please contact your local USPS office to make a claim regarding a damaged package. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Exchanges
At this time, we do not allow returns/exchanges. Since our products are made to order, we encourage our customers to ensure all product details are accurate before placing their order.
