How are these items made?
*All items are machine embroidered which is a super long lasting high quality way of making amazing stitched designs like you see here!
Can I customize my order?
*Yes, on most items. If a particular item does not have a custom request box, just email me at garciasgoodsandmore@gmail.com or message me using the chat feature at the bottom right of your screen.
Does it cost extra for me to request something custom?
*For items that already have a custom request box on the product listing page, no it does not cost extra. If you have a request for an item that does not have a custom request box, there is the possibility of an up-charge based on this request due to unforeseen expenses due to your request. Simply email me or message me for us to discuss this possible charge before placing your order. There may be additional time to process these items as well.
Can I request a different color sweatshirt or t-shirt?
*Yes. Just please message me or email me before placing your order, so we can discuss the change you'd like to make.
Can I request a different color thread for my order?
*Yes. Just simply type it in the custom request box on the product page. If an item doesn't have a custom request box just message or email me before or when you place your order!
Can I cancel my order if I suddenly change my mind?
*I totally understand if you need to cancel your order, but please contact me within 24 hours of you placing your order. I can then proceed to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Can I return my order?
*At this time, I do not allow returns. This is a small business, and I appreciate your understanding of this!
I got my order in, but it doesn't fit. What should I do?
*All items are unisex sizing and fairly true to size. I always recommend to go up in size to be sure your item will be comfy and cozy. I do not allow returns at this time, but please feel free to email or message me if you are unhappy in some way with your order! I am happy to discuss the issue at hand.
How long does it take for my order to get done?
*Processing time can take on average 2-3 weeks. This average is from the time your checkout is completed to the time the shipper delivers your package. Custom orders can have an addition time accrued to your order. **National Holidays can and will affect shipping time**
I need my order asap. What should I do?
*Should you wish to arrange for an expedited delivery of your package for a specific date, please feel free to email or message me in advance before placing your order. While I will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that I cannot guarantee it.
I can't find a tracking number for my order. What should I do?
*If you can't locate your tracking number, please just email or message me. I will be happy to resend your tracking/shipping information.
Care Instructions
For embroidered products, I always suggest to wash in cold water and dry on low heat to prevent any possible shrinkage.
